I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and found the hotel itself to be quite nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance was pleasant. However, I was disappointed with the customer service. When I needed assistance, the staff seemed indifferent and not particularly eager to help. While the hotel had great amenities, the lack of support from the staff unfortunately detracted from my overall experience. A little more attention to guest needs would make this a much better place to stay.

Good location for the Emma Bridgewater factory, amongst other things. Very clean and modern hotel. Room really good size with a nice bathroom. Hairdryer provided. Good breakfast also. Parking was convenient and only over the road in their own car park. Biggest towels we've ever had in a hotel. Bed was super comfy and so were the pillows. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Abi

Conveniently located on a ring road and close to motorways. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially in the bar and restaurant. Rooms are spacious and clean with very good facilities, including numerous USB points. The restaurant, whilst not haute cuisine, offers a reasonably priced and better than average menu. Breakfast is more than adequate.

We had to make a last minute reservation at the Hilton Garden Inn - when we arrived the same morning, we were allowed an early check in since the rooms were ready, which we really appreciated. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and when asked we were quickly given an additional duvet, which was perfect for a good night sleep.

Monika

Didn't have breakfast - location was good for our needs. Room was spacious and comfortable, although the heating could have been easier to operate as the fan seemed to blow out cool air whatever we set the temperature to! The staff were helpful and friendly and the evening meal good value and tasty with a varied menu.
